We offer a six month warranty on zips and stitching however to date we have had no issues or complaints!
Remember our bags are all handmade so they will have more of a "rustic" and authentic appeal as opposed to your mass produced "hard" bags.
We have a very strict QC department but if something else does sneak through we will gladly fix any faulty item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost to return the bag to us will be at your own expense unless the defect is evident without inspection. Note that we will not cover damages caused by alterations, incorrect use, improper care or natural wear and tear. After a physical inspection, and if there is a product defect, we will repair or replace and return your bag at no extra charge.
Please note Wolf and Bear reserve the right to decide whether the item should be replaced or exchanged based on a full inspection of the defective item. Due to the handmade nature of our bags and the natural properties of leather, scratches, marks and flaws are not considered to be a defect, that’s what gives your bag character and makes it unique!
