DELIVERY
We offer a door-to-door courier service via Dawn Wing and Star Express. Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order. 
We have a flat courier rate for most of our products. However, some larger items incur extra courier fees, which will be displayed upon checkout.

• Standard Courier: R99,00
• Large Items Courier: R150,00+

Courier takes within 3-5 working days. Please note the lead times on the manufacture of certain items. 

COLLECTION
You are more than welcome to come and collect your order from Durbanville or Mowbray, Cape Town FREE of charge.
Please note we will hold your order for 7 days.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to us within 5 days of receipt.  Simply follow the below steps:
1 - Email us your order number and reason for return to [ email hidden ]
2 - Wrap up your items securely.
3 - Post your parcel making sure you use a secure and traceable means of return and keep your proof of postage. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us.
You will then be able to choose something else from the shop once we have received the item(s) unopened and in saleable condition. Should you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 10 working days to the original method of payment.
