Returns for non-consumable items may be done within 30 days after purchase. No returns will be accepted after this period. Consumable items may be returned within 3 working days after purchase, no consumables will be accepted after this period. All items must be returned in their original packaged form, we will not accept any items tampered with nor damaged items. All consumable items must be returned with the original packaging, we will not accept any damaged items.

Umnweba makes use of standard courier services, with Postnet and Fastway Couriers. For orders in Johannesburg, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days and for any orders outside of Johannesburg the estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. For courier with Postnet, an amount of R99 must be added with the purchase amount. For courier with Fastway, an amount of R58 -R80 must be added with the purchase amount, please inquire with our office about your area and amount when choosing Fastway Couriers.
