FREE SHIPPING within South Africa for all orders over R1000!
We use The Courier Guy to deliver your parcel to your door. For this we need:
- A physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during work hours.
- A contact number.
We cannot send parcels in South Africa to a PO Box address. If you would prefer a different shipping method, i.e. like sending it to your nearest PostNet counter, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out about further shipping options and pricing.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- R120 per parcel for all orders under R1000
- FREE shipping for all orders over R1000
All prints are made on order. Please allow for 5-7 working days before the prints are ready to be sent out.
Once the parcel has been collected delivery will take place in 2-4 working days.
Parcels are sent out with DHL couriers at a flat rate of R750.
Please leave a physical address and contact number.
International deliveries will take 7-12 working days to arrive.
Any customs and import duties will be for the buyers account.
Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item sent to email@example.com. A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you.
If you receive your purchase and you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel at firstname.lastname@example.org. The items must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the items have been received back, we will refund you the purchase price in full.
