**Please note - due to the nature of the metals used, they will tarnish ( the metal will darken over time). Some customers may like this, but if you do not, gently clean the metal with Brasso and a soft cloth or old tooth brush, then rinse in warm soapy water. Avoid contact between cord and metal cleaner. Water will not damage the cord.
All pieces are carefully individually packaged in gift boxes and tissue paper.
Most orders are sent within three working days of payment but due to the nature of some products, certain items are made to order and lead times may vary. You will be emailed if your order will take more than four working days before it is sent.
***If you are based in Cape Town CBD or Southern Suburbs, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to deliver in person, for no cost.
If you are based elsewhere, all products are posted using the SAPO. Orders will only be sent off once payment has been received in full.
Once your parcel has been sent, you will be sent (via email) a SAPO tracking number (it will be worth keeping a track of your parcel online, as very often you may not actually receive a delivery slip from the SAPO). Please contact me directly if you have not received your purchase within 30 days.
Postage within South Africa is free, please contact me directly for international shippping costs.
