Store Policies
Shipping:
All items are shipped via Fastway Couriers or the South African post office, with a tracking number. Delivery is usually within 5 working days, and parcels can be tracked online. We can also offer an overnight courier service if required. Please check with us on the cost of the overnight courier fees. Once we have recieved payment in full we will send you a tracking number so that you can track your order.
We also ship internationally - please check with us for shipping/postal Rates. International orders are normally shipped via Registered Post. Please email us with your destinantion.
Returns and Refunds:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of it. We will happily refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs, upon receipt of returned items in good condition. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
