Please note the following Terms & Conditions between Stubble Studios and “the client”. 

Creative: 
Stubble Studios will start creative work on “the client” assets, after the full amount to be paid for creative. 

Modifications: 
There will be a maximum amount of two changes after the first draft on any creative. Changes on design will only be accepted on the above clause, if changes are less than 50% of initial creative. These modifications include copy changes, image sourcing, layout changes, sizing, image replacements, colour and functionality alterations that was not stipulated in the initial brief between Stubble Studios and “the client”.

Stock material: 
Stubble Studios will not provide “the client” with any photography or video.

Print media: 
Stubble Studios will not be liable for any printing of any creative and will not be liable for any miss prints or problems found after the creative is handed over.

Copy: 
"The client" is responsible for sourcing and providing Stubble Studios with copy to any creative as well as any digital assets and Stubble Studios will not be held responsible for the curating of copy or any other marketing material information. 

Clause for Stubble Studios: 
I am aware that Stubble Studios has policies in place.
I accept that any payment made between "the client" and Stubble Studios, is a proof of commencement as well as approval that "the client" accepts all the terms and conditions as stated. 
I accept that certain colour profiles, filters, fonts and other marketing materials, can generate unexpected variables in print output. 
I hereby accept the responsibility and understand the risk involved in signing off/giving the “ok” to Stubble Studios for creative assets.
I am aware that Stubble Studios will not be financially liable for any costs that might arise due to rejections or problematic print elements. 
All artwork and creative assets and the right to use it, remain the property of Stubble Studios Pty Ltd until full payment is received from “the client”.
