The order was exactly what I wanted :) I was always assisted with all my queries and they were quick in their responses and friendly as well.

Although it was huge disappointment to have to wait so long for the item as it was from a friend in Australia for my 70th birthday, Jessica showed me politely that it was clear that delivery was 14 days. She then had it sent by overnight courier to make sure it did arrive just within the 14 days. She also included a small gift of a cosmetic bag to apologise for the delay. My friend had thought from the photo that the turquoise pendant was bigger than it actually was, but again Jessica pointed us in the direction of the size given in the advert,
So although there were disappointments along the way, I am satisfied that Jessica answered all queries politely and promptly.

The shipping was not satisfactory. The shipping number was provided but the courier details were not updated for me to track my parcel at all. This review page is not responsive so filling in this response was a challenge as pinch-to-zoom is disabled but this page is also not fully responsive. This needs to be resolved if the aim is to get customers to review which is already a task that is difficult to get users to complete.

Very efficient and friendly service from Jessica who accommodated my request with its short timelines! And the cufflinks were stunning and loved by the birthday boy. Will definitely use Thula and the site again:-)

Jess made a silver initial ring for my cousin's 16th birthday during lockdown. She worked under difficult circumstances, but still made a very beautiful ring that my cousin will treasure for the rest of her life. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.
