Shipping in South Africa is by Fastway courier (to most places - if it's a rural address, and they don't deliver there, I will instead send with Aramex) Fastway takes 2-4 days to most places..
International shipping is available via the Post Office as well - registered airmail takes about 2-3 weeks on average :)
