Stock pieces will be sent within two days of receiving payment.
Commisioned pieces will be sent one to two weeks from payment date, depending on the intricasy of the piece. I will let you know via email exactly how long it will take and when the piece will be sent.
I send all of my pieces via registered mail, so that their journey can be tracked.
I will keep you up to date via email on how far a piece is, before I post it, and to find out about arrival. I will also email you to double check your postal adress.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sometimes, unfortunately, packages do not reach their end destination, nor arrive in their original condition.
However in such a situation, I will do my best to ensure that we resolve the problem.
Happy and content clients are of the utmost importance to me.
Pieces are sent out of the workshop in perfect working order. I am only human though, and, if for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase due to an error on my behalf, please email me within five days of receiving your parcel and we can discuss the excange or remaking of the piece.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, and returned pieces will only be accepted if the item is in their original packaging and original condition.
Sparrow_annie jewelery regretably do not offer refunds, only exchanges or the remaking of the piece.
No sale items will be replaced.
