Store Policies
Shipping
We can ship within SA and internationally using a courier service. These costs are shown during the order process. For customer in the Cape Town areas we offer a free collection from Pinelands or Century City. You should select this options in the checkout, and when we receive the order we’ll be in touch to arrange collection.
Returns
Unless in the case of manufacturing fault, we don’t accept returns. Please use the head measure guides to ensure sunhats are the right size.
Order Lead Times
We keep limited stock – mainly to cover our markets ([ link hidden ], [ link hidden ]). We will fulfill your order from stock where possible, but otherwise it will be made-to-order and take approximately 7 days to be ready to ship or collect.
Special Orders
If you see a colour or animal you like (for example on a bib or onesie) but you don’t see it available in your size or colour – please ask! We are very happy to make up special orders as we don’t keep every possible variation in stock.
