Parcels are wrapped ready for gifting and we will gladly include a hand-written card with your personal message if required.
Your order will be sent by courier, and we'll pay, provided your order is for more than R1000. Delivery to some VERY outlying areas (think lighthouse/army base/houseboat/tent on an island) may attract a surcharge. As much as we'd like to, we cannot afford to cover this. We will let you know if this is the case, and you can provide an alternative address or select an alternative shipping method (like the Post Office, but it will be at own risk.) Courier costs for orders to be delivered outside South Africa are subject to quotation.
All items in this shop are in stock and available to ship immediately. Should you require an item in a different size or colour, please e-mail us to check whether it will be possible and establish lead time.
All items are handmade.
Slight variations in colour and print are an inherent characteristic of Da Gama Three Cats shweshwe and the other natural fabrics and processes we use. Although all fabric is washed before it is sewn, please also remember to wash dark colours separately as colours may still run initially. And don't sit on a wet white sofa... or on a white sofa with a wet bum. Something like that.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. All items returned must be unworn in original packaging with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned parcel in good order, a credit note will be issued in the form of a gift card for use in the Nana store.
While we make every effort to produce well-made items and control quality carefully, we are just human and sometimes make mistakes. Please let us know if you are have any problems with your garments. If we are were at fault, we will replace the garment or offer you a full refund. If we require a return of the garment, we will pay for the shipping.
