Shipping: 

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Within South Africa, items will usually be shipped via the post office and at times via a courier. Please contact us for wholesale and international order shipping rates and times before placing an order. If courier or priority mail is required, please specifically request this and we can determine options and costs associated. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages or for delivery timing delays beyond our control.

Refunds:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund, provided the item/s are returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return shipment of the item/s is for the account of the buyer. Returns need to be done with seven days of receipt.
