The provision of goods of services by Robyn Real Jewels is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability Roby Real Jewels will notify the customer and provide a new delivery date. We ship domestically and internationally, safely and securely gift wrapped.
Please provide detailed and correct contact information, should a product be returned to us due to incorrect shipping details additional shipping costs will be incurred.
For international orders, customers will be quoted for postage. Delivery is through the South African postal service via air mail along with a tracking reference number. Additional custom charges are for the buyer’s account. Delivery takes approximately up to 3 weeks.
For domestic, orders will be posted through the SA postal service. You will receive a tracking number as your reference, and will notified regarding collection. If a service of door to door service is required, an additional flat rate of R50.00 will be charged.
Please allow for up to 5 working days until shipping. If we regretfully do not have your size or stock in a particular piece, please allow for approximately 10 days for manufacturing. As a fair amount of our décor and jewellery pieces are custom made and handmade to our buyers request. Shipping domestically and internationally, unexpected delays can occurr or custom inspections, therefore delays can occurr. Please email us with your concerns and we will attend to you soonest.

Please note we do not permit returns on jewellery pieces (ie. earrings), due to hygiene and custom made orders that have been specifically made for the buyer. Exchanges can be discussed on a case to case basis, email us with all your details with proof of purchase included.
If the ring size that you ordered is incorrect, to avoid additional shipping costs and resizing, rather head to your local jeweller and have your piece resized. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of returns and orders lost/damaged in the post.
Silver Betty will repair any jewellery pieces within 6 months of purchase. Kindly email us with your receipt.
