DAMAGES/RETURNS

• If our products arrive in a damaged state, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money, Please notifiy us within 24 hours via e-mail


•  If a wrong item is received you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it via e-mail. Arrangements to collect the wrong one and deliver the correct one will be made and it will be at our cost..


• Please note that late delivery is not a ground for return or refund.


• Once an order has been couriered or collected,we will not refund any item if you have changed your mind.

SHIPPING

• Free delivery can be arranged in and around Durban by prior arrangement.


• Alternatively we can post the item to you using econo parcel with a tracking number via the post office. This will take approximately one week at a cost of R25 for one item or R35 for multiple items (up to 1kg)
