Everything you see in this store comes from pure happiness. The satisfaction and pride that comes with making them is what keeps me doing what I do. That and the fact that someone out there is just as happy with a PrettyLittleLife piece is what keeps me going!
Drawing inspiration from each and everything around me, PrettyLittleLife pieces are quirky, unconventional, and embodies the beautiful, strong and empowered woman.
It’s jewellery that makes a statement, often a conversation starter and always super cute. Because I love experimenting and mixing things up, I never stick to one look, rather making what feels right. While it hardly ever turns out exactly the way it was envisioned it’s always got that perfect PrettyLittleLife flair.
All jewellery is handmade at my home studio in Cape Town, South Africa. It’s a beautiful world of clay, beads, and chain that’s now become my day job! Fuelled by passion and true love for what I do, your jewellery will always be handmade with love!
Once your order is placed and paid we will lovingly pick and pack your item/s to get it ready for shipping. The packing can take up to 2 working days depending on volume.
We offer various shipping methods:
- Post Office Collection: 3 to 5 working days via registered mail - R50
- Door to door courier delivery: 3 to 5 working days - R60
- We also offer free door to door courier delivery for all orders over R300.
- Postage by airmail: 15 to 20 working days - R100
If you are buying gifts for more than one person send an email to [ email hidden ] about packaging them separately. They will still be sent to one delivery address but will be gift wrapped separately.
In all cases a tracking number will be available and will be emailed to you once the parcel is shipped.
You have 14 days to return your item for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please read our 'Shipping' terms below regarding the cost of returning items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges of defective items
Our products are 100% quality backed so please contact us should you have any issues in this regard.
We will replace your item if it is defective/damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [ email hidden ] and send your item to: Tasneem Morgan, 68 Harpford Avenue, Wynberg, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7800, South Africa.
If you need repairs done to your jewellery or advice on proper care please email [ email hidden ] and we can discuss a suitable solution.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but we will stay in touch with you regarding timeframes.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
