Custom Orders
If you would like a custom design or size, or have a special request for a product, please send us a message and we'll be happy to help. :) Please note that custom orders take a little more time to process, as we have to send you a new quote and in some cases, come up with a new design.
Shipping & Collections
We send our orders via courier but you are also welcome to collect your order at our Somerset West studio. We are open on Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. Only standard products can be returned for a refund (no refunds on custom orders).
2. No refunds on sale items.
3. To return your product, send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have it collected and returned to us. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund you.
4. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the condition you received it in and unused. If your product arrived damaged, please send us a photo of it as it arrived.
