COURIER & DELIVERY:
- Deliveries outside of South Africa will attract a delivery fee. In addition, we will not be liable for customs and other such associated fees.
- Orders are processed within 2 working days. Items are delivered via courier in 3 - 4 days and couriered within 5 days. We will aim to process and courier in the quickest time possible.
- Shipping and courier to South African addresses will occur from Monday to Friday, during office hours.
- All packages can be tracked on the courier company’s website by making use of the tracking reference that we provide you with once your order has been dispatched. When completing your details for delivery, it is advisable to enter your work address or address that is normally occupied during office hours.
- In the event that there is an unexpected delay, we will communicate this to you via phone or email.
- We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
RETURNS (applies to physical products ONLY)
- If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer you a store credit (store credit value excludes postage paid) within 7 days of the item being received.
- The item has to be undamaged and sent back in its original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
- You will need to return your order at your own cost and by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. The product is your responsibility until we receive it.
- Shipping costs following exchanges are not included and will be at your own expense.
- In the event of an item being faulty, we will repair or replace it within 1 month of the date of purchase.
- If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a refund.
- Before returning an item, please email with your request.
- We will then review your request and let you know of the steps to follow. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other issues with an order and we’ll do our best to look after you.

- All digital graphic elements and designs are downloadable directly from the site. Alternatively, we are able to courier paper products via SAPO or the courier guy (courier fees apply). Please advise your preference on Checkout.
