Your purchase will be sent on confirmation of payment via the South African post office or Postnet - see delivery options. Your order will be sent as a registered parcel. It is a counter to counter service which means that the parcel is sent to the post office/Postnet nearest to you. Once your order is sent you will be emailed a tracking number. You can collect your parcel with the tracking number and your ID book.
Please ensure that the correct postal address is provided.
Once the parcel has been sent, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure collection of the parcel.
If uncollected parcels are returned, and the item is still wanted, the additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
