The designer can be reached by telephone from Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 4:30pm. Fridays are spent in art studio (laser cutting and engraving). E-mail is my best form of communication: [ email hidden ].
Manufacturing and Delivery Time:
- We do not hold stock, but manufacture to order as orders are custom. Orders are processed after receipt of payment. Orders can take up to 4 weeks, but are normally reached within 2-4 weeks. This depends on resource supply on special materials/items. Rush orders will be charged at an extra fee.
Orders can be manufactured in less than 4 weeks, I specify up to 4 weeks in case of short supply of stock/elements you may need for your products. This is to allow some leeway.
**Please Note: On all real wood items made to order. When working with wood, one can expect various color tone, wood grains, and stain saturation. This is the nature of my products and why each one is unique in it's own way! Please do not expect to get an exact replica of what you see in the photos.
Wooden slice ring holders are untreated to keep the rustic appeal/look. If you want to keep your item forever - preserving the wood is best so as to avoid the wood from cracking. Alternatively - varnished options are available.
Self Collection option is only available at Northcliff.
I make use of The Courier Guy as a courier option.
My secondary postage option is Aramex (1-3 business days for small - medium sized parcels).
PostNet to PostNet can be arranged at the same fee (for items under 5kgs). R150 for items over 5kgs and larger than 45x45cms.
ECONOMY DELIVERY OPTION: South African Postal Service is also available.
I suggest using this option if you want to save costs on delivery, and have patience in receiving your orders and 10-15 working days is minimum in most cases. R50 for small - medium parcels under 5 kgs. If larger items are required for posting with SAPO, I would need to get a quote on accurate postage fees and arrange via email with the client.
Postage is done in good faith, but Papermoon will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by the Courier, Delivery Company of Choosing, Aramex, PostNet or SAPO. If your item is damaged we will arrange a new item to be made for you at a discounted fee and delivery fee will be covered by Papermoon for this replacement item.
Please allow up to one week for delivery after the item is manufactured.

All additional items will be shipped free of charge, provided its part of the same order and the delivery address is the same and is 5kg or less. With the normal post option, your order will be send via the South African Post Office (delivery in 5-10 working days) .We can however not guarentee this delivery time. You will receive a tacking number once your order is shipped using this option..
Your tracking number will be emailed to you, and parcels can then be tracked via the post office website www.sapo.co.za or by calling the SAPO call center on 0860 111 502.

Exchange, refunds, terms and conditions:
An exchange will only take place if the items (s) received in the same condition as it was posted.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be invoiced for extra shipping of the new item exchanged.
We only refund purchases at 50% of the cost to cover transaction and commerce fees.
