Quotes and Orders: Quotes are provided with the current prices and are valid for 7 days. Should you wish to convert your quote to an order, you will be provided with a pro forma invoice for payment within seven (7) days of issue. Should payment not occur within seven (7) days, your order will be cancelled and a new quote with the latest prices will need to be requested.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. Our Happy Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

No payment may be made against Quotations. Payment may only be made on confirmed orders for which you have received a pro forma invoice.
Material is only printed once an order is confirmed by means of payment. The lead time for printing is 7 - 14 days.
Delivery Charges: Where applicable, delivery costs will be indicated on your quotation based on the following: Local orders within the borders of South Africa under R4000.00 will amount to R150. All international orders will be to the account of the customer.
Conditions of Delivery: Delivery arrangements will only be made once proof of payment has been received. A delivery address must be provided.
Should the delivery address provided by you be incorrect, Our Happy Co will not be held liable for any losses or additional charges incurred.
Delivery by courier or postal services: You will be notified of your courier or postal services tracking number once your order has been collected. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as these services are outsourced.
Returns: Should your product be unsatisfactory or defective, we will arrange with you to replace it or credit you for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
