Store Policies
All pieces are made with locally sourced materials and are hand made. The driftwood & wood used is natural and will vary from piece to piece, and may have minor imperfections.
Please note, your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
The colour of rope, stones, wood and beads may appear slightly different in photographs and although I will try my best to ensure that it is true to colour, please note that this is not always possible.
Please allow up to 5 days days to finalise your order and 1-3 days for shipping/delivery. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund.

Insurance on couried items can be taken out at an additional cost.
Any returns are at the customers expense, and a credit note/ voucher will be issued unless the fault is on my side, in which case a refund or replacement will be issued subject to inspection upon it's return.
