Pargo is the only delivery option available and on the Shipping Page during checkout you will be given the option of which Pargo you want the order sent to.  The system will most likely choose the closest Pargo based on your address.
Items can take 1-2 days to process.  Orders will only be sent after payment has been received.  Items can take 2-5 days to arrive once sent.
The buyer will be given full tracking details once the order has been sent.
Orders are sent via Pargo to your designated Pargo Point.  To find a Pargo point please go to the Pargo website (Hello Pretty does not allow links).
Delivery fee is R79 with the following restrictions: up to 5kg, 30cm (l) x 30cm (w) x 30cm (thickness).  
Items for sale will have the listed weight and size.
My hand crafted items are created using an international high quality brand of Polymer Clay. 
If, however, you are not happy with your purchase orders can be returned within 7 days for a refund.  But please note that the buyer must pay delivery for any returns (Post Office not an option) and that items must be in their original condition and packaging.  Refunds will be given as soon as the item has been returned and checked.
Digital downloads will not be refunded due to the nature of the item.
