How long will it take to get my order?
All products are ready to ship. All products will be sent out within 1-2 business days and you will be supplied with a tracjing number for your order.
How will you ship my order?
Your order will be loving packed into a protective box by yours truly and placed in a bubble mailer for added protection. Orders will be shipped to the provided address. Please ensure that the adress provided is correct. We cannot be held liable for missing packges sent to the wrong address. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need the address ammended.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes! If you would like to enquire about international shipping please email me directly to discuss options! Due to the high volume of lost packges in some countries during Covid-19 we do not ship to all countries but we will do our best to accomodate you
What if my purchase arrives damaged or I want a refund?
All returns are judged on a case by case basis. Returned items have to be shipped back to us at buyers own cost in order for any money to be released.
Should your item arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping please email us immediately. We will either replace it if there is still one left like it in the collection, offer you an alternate replacement or refund you with a voucher for our store.
