Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Moois en Meer Coterie is a business in the retail industry that markets jewellery, apparel and gifts.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 working days and dispatch of the order confirmed by way of tracking number.
Delivery costs are not refundable where the product fails to be reasonably suitable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event that a product is defective or of poor quality, all delivery costs will be refunded.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Moois en Meer Coterie is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Moois en Meer Coterie will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R50 administration fee.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, by EFT into the Moois en Meer Coterie bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Moois en Meer Coterie by EcoPay who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

We deliver to addresses within the borders of South Africa. We use door-to-door delivery via Fastway Couriers for destinations in and around the following main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, George, Harrismith, Klerksdorp, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Vereeniging, Witbank), and counter-to-counter delivery via the Post Office for all other areas. You can select your preferred method of delivery during “Checkout”. Please take note of delivery times and prices relevant to the delivery method selected. Delivery times are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by us. Penalties will be charged if orders are cancelled after they have been dispatched.
Delivery via Fastway Couriers is door-to-door. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Please ensure that the delivery address is a street address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during office hours.
Estimated time of delivery: 2 - 5 working days (excluding public holidays)
Delivery via the Post Office is counter-to-counter, using ordinary parcel post. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you and you will have to go to your nearest Post Office and collect your parcel with your ID document. Your destination Post Office will be based on your shipping address used at the time of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via SA Post Office that are held up at their depots for any reason.
Estimated time of delivery: 5 - 7 working days (excluding public holidays).
Speed Services provide an overnight service from Post Office counter-to-counter. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you and you will have to go to your nearest Post Office and collect your parcel with your ID document. Your destination Post Office will be based on your shipping address used at the time of placing your order.
