Store Policies

Orders can be placed 24/7. Orders placed over a weekend are fulfilled and sent out for delivery on Monday morning. Orders placed during the week will be shipped the same day if it is before 14pm. Any order received after 14pm will be shipped the next day.
Outlying areas and provinces outside of Johannesburg may take up to 3 days to be shipped. Standard shipping will be used.
We keep small amounts of stock on hand, as they are formulated by the Owner and Founder Robyn Masters.
If there is no current stock, she will formulate a batch upon receipt of your order. This may cause one delay in shipping your order.
We will gladly accept a return within 7 days of receiving and using the product. However we would need to know why i.e. skin allegies or skin irritations. This will enable Robyn to start creating new formula's that can be added to her range that could assist your skin.
The procut would need to be returned in the conditon it was sent to you.
If you have used the product once, we will give you 100% refund.
If you have used the product for the full 7 days, we will give you a 50% refund.

The Marigold Series is the first line of skincare in the MASTERS Series. The Marigold series name is derived by the main 'Hero' ingredient contained in all the products: the Marigold Flower INCI name Calendula Officinalis.

Calendula Oil contains a high content of anti-oxidants which are extracted from carotenoids and tocopherols. This provides skin moisturising and softening properties, beneficial to dry, aging, damaged and sensitive skin.

The Marigold Series consists of the Cleansing Lotion, Facial Toner, Face & Neck Cream, Facial Serum and Eye Cream.
