Hello friend, welcome to Little Blue Bird A.K.A. my creative station. Where I

live for designing... My services and products include photo books, wall art, photo prints, home decor and gifts personalized with your photos. I also design beautiful logo’s, business and event stationery and of course creative resources, tips and tools for your business and home.

Little Blue Bird is committed to client satisfaction and stands behind the quality of every product we make with a 100% Guarantee against any actual defects in manufacturing or workmanship. However, we cannot accept responsibility for client-created errors beyond our control, such as mishandling the products, mistakes in typing, grammar, image resolution, image quality or errors in user-selected options like product type, size, and printing and paper options. No orders will be processed before the order and product have been approved and signed off, Please review your project carefully and fix any errors prior to approving.


Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Little Blue Bird only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this store policy.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery timeframes for each product are displayed in the details of each individual product. These timeframes are valid for business days, and take effect from the time of customer approval prior to printing.

If you're not in one of the major centres listed delivery may take 1 or 2 days longer than the above specified times. All packages are fully trackable and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.


What happens if I don't receive my order?

All orders dispatched from our offices are guaranteed to be delivered. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will send you a replacement order. This is a fantastic service that we feel is absolutely essential to provide peace-of-mind to our customers.

  • If any parcel delivered by our couriers appears to be damaged, please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver. Phone us immediately if any product is damaged or missing. Liability for any shipments sent from us ends with the obtainment of a clean signature from the consignee upon delivery of the goods.

Our Returns policy:

In the unfortunate case that you are unhappy with the quality of your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days to discuss your concern.


WHAT can be returned?

Little Blue Bird will only provide a refund or a replacement of merchandise, due to a manufacturing defect that was caused by Little Blue Bird.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?

If you are unhappy with the quality of your merchandise, Please contact us within 10 days to discuss your concern. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.


WHERE do items need to be returned to?

You are required to return the defective product with the original tax invoice for our inspection prior to any refund being processed. A courier collection will be arranged for the return of your merchandise. All merchandise needs to be returned in its original packaging, a waybill will be sent to you for your convenience that needs to be handed to the courier upon collection of your return shipment.


SHIPPING cost for returns?

Should you be unhappy with your merchandise due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping will be free. Should you return the merchandise due to user-generated defects such as typos, misspellings, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistakes in selecting product size, product type, paper selection, or printing options or failure to remember, shipping will be for your cost.


CREDIT for returns?

Credit for returned merchandise will be issued in form of a gift voucher specific to Little Blue Bird store. Unfortunately, no cash refunds.


Client initiated product damage:

Little Blue Bird also does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to products caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, or usage, or treatment.


Print colour variations:

Please be aware that although Little Blue Bird uses sophisticated digital presses and colour calibration techniques, slight colour variations may occur from the colours of your computer, phone or device screen. These slight colour variations are normal and will not be refunded. To get a refund or replacement of merchandise please note that you are required to return the defective product for inspection and investigation.
