Please note that all upcycled, recycled and found items have already lived a life so will show small
signs of wear.
Orders are processed after receipt of payment, normally within 3-5 working days.
Shipping
We'll inform you by email with your tracking number when we send your parcel and when you should expect it.
Orders are posted via South African Post Office or may be collected from our physical address
at a pre-arranged time suitable for both parties
If parcels are not collected from the post office and are returned by the post office you will
be contacted via email and if you wish to have the parcel reposted please note that an
additional handling fee will be charged in addition to the cost of delivery.
Jonkheer SA cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels, late deliveries, strikes or
damaged goods. All necessary precautions are taken to ensure products are properly
packaged so that your goods arrive safe and sound.

your order.... to the USA, delivery is between 7 - 14 days, and to Europe, around 5 - 7 days.
Returns
If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us,
Andrew or Theresa.
No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless you contact
us via email before the item is posted back to us. The item must be
unused and in or with it's original packaging. This needs to be done
within 5 days of receipt of your parcel. BUT bear in mind, all the postage
will be customer’s responsibility.
