Please send your ring size when ordering a ring so as I can make sure it fits properly. You can have your finger size measured at any Jeweller/Jewellery store, if you are based in Port Elizabeth you are welcome to contact me and I will gladly measure your size.
If there's any problem regards your product please feel free to contact me and I will try to sort it out to the best of my ability.
If you are in the area you are welcome to self collect from our studio in Port Elizabeth.
Due to the nature of the product we only use a courier option.
You will get email notifications when your parcel is collected, dispatched and en route to you for delivery.
Please ensure you provide the correct address and telephone number when you arrange the postage.
Insurance on a parcel can be added at the request of the customer. Please note that the client will be liable for the insurance costs and these will be added to the postage cost.
Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen parcels, late delivery or damage as a result of the postage system.
If an item is in stock it will be sent within 2-3 days of postage comfirmation.
All products are handmade so if an item needs to be manufactured to fill your order please allow up to 14 days until postage.
Due to each piece being hand crafted no two pieces will be exactly 100% the same, thus lending to their uniqueness.
Manufacturng time will differ from item too item.

We do not permit refunds but return/exchange is handled on a case to case basis. If an item is damaged during transit please contact me and we can discuss the situation.
There is a 6 month warrenty with every product, after which a repair fee will be charged. Repairs only on workmanship errors. No repairs within the warrenty shall be done on noticeable damaged caused by knocking or falling, incl of deep scratches and gauges caused by the above mentioned.
If at any later stage an alteration should need to be done to the piece please contact me to discuss what your requirements might be.
