Store Policies
DELIVERY
Orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment.
Orders will be sent out within 7-14 working days.
DELIVERY METHODS
Registered Post via SA Post Office - R40 for small parcels and R90 for larger packages.
Package will be sent with a tracking number. Please ensure address provided is correct & that there will be someone present to collect your parcel once delivered.
Postnet to Postnet service - R100
This service ensures that the package is sent to your nearest Postnet. Please indicate which Postnet you would prefer. After your parcel has been sent, please expect delivery 2-3 days thereafter.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail me within 5 days of receipt of the order. I will gladly arrange for a full refund or exchange, provided the order is returned, unused and in it’s original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If for some reason a parcel gets lost in the post, I will resend the parcel to you at no extra cost.
