About the designer
A South African Original.
iSpy is about getting back to basics through hand printed products, produced by the local community. All iSpy fabrics are designed by myself, hand screen printed by a family run studio and sewn by a group of ladies from the local township.
I am based in the idyllic town of Knysna in the Western Cape – a province of South Africa. As beautiful as Knysna is, it can be tough for people to make ends meet. I am passionate about utilising skills within this talented little town and spreading the lurve (corny, but true)! I hope you feel as good as I do about giving back to the community.
How long will my order take to arrive?
iSpy products are made to order. This means that your order enters production once it is placed. This takes 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Once shipped, an order will take 7 - 10 days if you have selected 'Standard Shipping' via the Post Office, or 3 - 5 days if you have selected the 'Courier' option.
I've qualified for 'Free Shipping on Orders Over R500'. What shipping method have I qualified for?
Purchases which qualify for 'Free Shipping' will be sent via the Post Office. A tracking number will be provided to ensure you can keep an eye on the progress of your order. Shipping via the Post Office typically takes 7 - 10 days, depending on your location within South Africa.

I no longer want the item I have ordered. What do I do?
If you've had a change of heart, you are welcome to return your purchase. Please note, an additional shipping cost will be incurred to return your purchase. You will be reimbursed for your purchase, less the additional shipping cost, once the item has been returned and checked to ensure it is still in its original condition.
The item I purchased is damaged. What do I do?
We do our utmost to ensure that every iSpy product is made to the highest standards. If a damaged product has slipped through our rigourous checking process, we would be happy to replace or reimburse your purchase. Replacement or reimbursement will take place once the damaged product is returned and the damage is confirmed. iSpy will cover any additional shipping costs for returns and replacements.
