Store Policies
Please note, all work will be placed on thick black board paper and framed when purchased ( unless stated otherwise ). Hand to Hand delivery is only available to consumers situated in Bronkhorstspruit and Pretoria ( Hatfield , Pretoria Central , Sunny Side ) if situated anywhere outside these mentioned areas , delivery will be done through ordinary postage services.
Shipping is usually 2-3 days, so in total your order should take about 10 working days to reach you. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund.
Insurance on couried items can be taken out at an additional cost. Please specify on check out.
Any returns are at the customers cost, and a credit note/voucher will be issued unless the fault is on my side, in which case a refund or replacement will be issued subject to order inspection upon its return.
