Each designer sets their own shipping policies, so this varies from shop to shop. If you're an international customer or need the product shipped international and the item you like doesn't offer international shipping by default you can message the designer directly from the product page to try and arrange this.
Some large or delicate items, like furniture for instance, may not be able to offer international shipping.
Please note that international shipping times can vary and that you (the customer) may be responsible for paying additional duties when receiving the parcel. This is outside of the control of Hello Pretty and the designer you ordered from and any disputes must be taken up with your local customs authorities.
