All pieces are made to order. Each piece is made from natural, solid pine, so each product may vary slightly or contain minor imperfections.
Please note, your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full. It takes roughly 7 days to make an order from scratch, multiple orders may take longer. If you need your order in a hurry please check first if its possible. I will always do my best to get your order finished and sent off to you in the shortest possible time.
The colour of string may appear different in the photographs. I do my best to ensure the colour is as accurate as possible, but this is not always possible, especially with blues and greens. So please take note that I cannot guarantee the exact colours.

Shipping is usually 2-3 days, so in total your order should take about 10 working days to reach you. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund.
Insurance on couried items can be taken out at an additional cost. Please specify on check out.
Any returns are at the customers cost, and a credit note/voucher will be issued unless the fault is on my side, in which case a refund or replacement will be issued subject to order inspection upon its return.
