Please Note:
-All items are made to order, I don't hold stock.
*Every attempt will be made to fullfill the order to your requirements (your chosen colour, size etc..) but I am dependent on available stock. I will be in contact with you about any possible hiccups and can offer a refund if the required stock is unavailable.
-Please keep in mind the nature of the wooden products when ordering. Wood naturally has varying tones and grains which makes it unique.
Even though my hangers are a natural light brown, you can expect some to be slightly lighter and some to be slightly darker brown. If you are ordering more than 1 hanger, I will do my best to source hangers of similar shades but I make no guarantees.
-All fabric items are branded with Heat Transfer Vinyl. If the items are cared for properly, the prints will last a long time.
-The mugs are printed with the sublimation technique. If the mugs are cared for properly, the print will last a long time.

Shipping & production times:
-The production times are an estimate and depend on availability of stock from suppliers. Of course my aim is to have your item/s produced as quickly as possible. Rush orders may incur an extra fee.
-All items are shipped with a Tracking number.
-Please keep in mind that shipping time is to be added to the time needed to produce the items.
-I use PUDO couriers and they will deliver your parcel to your door.
-For Mug or Mug Combo orders, I use DSV couriers as they are more cost effective for that size parcel. They will also deliver the parcel to your door. 
-Once the I have handed the parcel over to the courier, it is their responsibility. They are liable for any damaged, stolen or missing parcels. I will of course assist where possible but it will be up to you to resolve any issues with the courier company.

Cancellation:
-Cancellation of orders by the client prior to production will attract a 10% admin fee.
-If production has begun, you will forfeit the full amount of the item/order.

Returns & Refunds:
-*If stock is unailable of an item you have paid for, I can happily refund you for it before fullfilling your order.
-If you are not pleased with the purchase then I shall fairly exchange it and only refund if there is a major defect that was caused before customer received it.
-No returns on personalised orders unless there is a major defect that was caused before customer received it or if there is a spelling error.
-Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
-Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
