Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to produce the highest quality product and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Estimated time to ship is 3 weeks depending on stock.  This can be discussed with the seller.
SIZING:

- Please make sure of your size before ordering anything. It is very important for ensuring the right fit. Measuring yourself in these 3 areas will insure the best size for you.

- You are welcome to contact Gelique directly if you are not sure what the right size is for you.

- There are currently 6 sizes available: Small, Medium and Large and Extra Large, XX Large and XXX Large.

- Please indicate the size at Order Comments under Shipment when checking out.

RETURN POLICY:


  • All garments are fully refundable or exchangeable if the garment is unworn with swing tags intact.

  • Should you be interested in a different size, exchanges are welcome. However, Gelique will not be liable for any courier fees or transport costs involved.

  • If the item is flawed we will happily either replace or refund you once it has been returned at Gelique’s expense within 5 days from receiving it.

  • If you are not satisfied with the garment for other reasons other than a fault or quality with the garment you can return it at your own expense if you have changed your mind within 5 days from receiving it.

  • Please notify Gelique via e-mail ([ email hidden ]) before doing so and specify what your reason is for returning the garment. Ensure that the tags are still attached and the garment is in its original state.

  • Once we have received the garment and done the necessary checks, we will contact you with details of the refund or exchange.

  • Please give me 7 work days time from returning the garment to process the refund.

  • Please take note of the care label that is attached to the garment. Gelique does not take any responsibility for anything that goes wrong with regards to the cleaning of garments. All instructions for washing care are on each garment.

  • All products are returnable, except those bought in our 'Sale Corner' which will only be refunded due to quality problems and upon inspection by us.

  • No refunds will be awarded in the case of malicious or intentional damage to our product and we have experienced garment technologists who will inspect returned garments. 

  • Gelique will not be held liable for any transport or delivery costs incurred by the customer to return goods.

  • Gelique shall have no obligation to accept any return that you desire to make after the expiration of the applicable return period (5 days after receipt of your parcel), if the garment has been worn or there is visible damage to the product. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected so as to be received by us undamaged.

  • You are responsible for postage costs on returned items until it has been confirmed the reason for returning. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

SHIPMENT: 

- Gelique requires 3 weeks to send items form date of order.

- Gelique makes use of Fastway Courier Company to main areas (allow 3 – 4 days ) or the South African Post Office (SAPO) to small towns (allow 7 -10 days) to send purchased garments.

- Your order will be processed once we receive proof of payment.

- You will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

- Fastway delivery takes 3 – 4 days, Post Office  delivery time: 7 - 10 work days

- Please ensure that you specify the Post Office that you would like your parcel to be delivered to at Order Comments under Shipment when checking out.

- There is a R50.00 postage fee for every second item going to the same address (eg. Buying 3 dresses will be R100) that is excluded from the selling price.

- Please contact Gelique via e-mail if you have not received your package within 10 work days from receiving the tracking number.

- For any overseas orders, we will need to get a quote to send items to your address provided.
