-Most items are listed with shipping via the South African Post Office. Couriers are usually not feasible cost-wise for very small items. However, should you prefer a courier (or should you be ordering several items for which a courier would become cost-effective) please contact the designer for a quote.
-Every attempt is made to clearly describe the item and care is taken with packaging and shipping. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us for returns or replacements.
-All items are handmade individually. Inconsistencies between items are to be expected. If you have a specific reqest for multiple items that match (or something similar but different to something on the site), please contact directly to see if this can be arranged.

Should you be shopping from outside the borders of South Africa, you are very welcome. Delivery to wherever you are can be arranged. Please just drop me a note saying where you are and which products you are interested in and I will quote you for delivery.
