Store Policies
As most of our FUFU products are made to order. Your FUFU orders will take approximately one week to make up before dispatching. If it is a stock item we will ship it off to you within 2 working days.
FUFU orders are delivered to your door via our courier service. When ordering please ensure you provide a day time delivery address and clear contact details. We dispatch all our parcels from "The Courier Guy" in George Western Cape, we ship on a weekly basis.
Your FUFU Delivery takes typically 2-4 working days from dispatch. All shipping is sent local South African domestic road freight.
There might be slight delays if your address falls within a remote or outlying area.
Personal collections can be arranged at our studio in Knysna, 1 Progress Road in the Knysna Industrial area.
We also do occasional drop offs in Knysna, Sedgefield and Wilderness, by appointment.
