Postage is via the South African post office using standard shipping. It is a counter to counter service which means that the parcel is sent to your nearest post office. Once your parcel has been posted, you will be emailed a tracking number. Parcels can be tracked via the post office website www.sapo.co.za or by calling the post office call center 0860 111 502. You can collect your parcel with the tracking number and your ID book. But call or check the website to make sure your parcel has been delivered to your post office. Please ensure that the correct postal address is provided.
Self collect: this is a free delivery option available to customers in Cape Town. Those who choose this delivery will be emailed the address from which to collect.
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of confirmation of payment (depending on which product you order). Forever Love cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels, late deliveries or damaged goods that occurs while in transit.
