Unfortunately brass can tarnish easily. Refer to the next point for how to take care of brass findings.
How do I take care of brass findings?
When brass starts to tarnish, I suggest using diluted lemon juice and a cloth/paper towel to remove the tarnish.
Do not let brass findings get fully wet.
Do not use chemicals, perfume etc. on brass findings.
How do I take care of my earrings?
Polymer clay is durable and lightweight, but should be handled with care.
Avoid dropping or hard-handling.
Keep in a cool, dry spot and remove earrings off before swimming or showering.
Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching.
Wipe away make-up or dust with a slightly damp cloth or fragrance free baby wipe.
Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
No, polymer clay is known to be an extremely lightweight product. This will ensure you are comfortable throughout the day.
Can I order custom clay earrings?
Yes, I do custom earring orders at a fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
There was a mistake with my order / my order arrived damaged. What do I do?
