Our necklaces come standard on a 50cm chain, but are also available on a 45cm chain if you so prefer. Longer or shorter lengths are available; please feel free to contact us to discuss this.
Please supply us with your correct ring size; we use the British measurement system (Alphabetical), which can easily be measure for you using a ring sizer. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect ring size is supplied to us. Orders requiring different ring sizes will be handled on an individual basis. If you do not know your exact size our sizing is as follows:
X-Small: H to I ½
Small: J to L ½
Medium: M to O ½
Large: P to Q ½
X-Large: R to T ½
Small: O to Q ½

Sterling Silver does tarnish over time, turning black with oxidisation. Sometimes your own body chemistry can affect the discolouration of metal; this can be aggravated with certain personal (skincare, makeup, perfume, etc.) products. We recommend putting your jewellery on once you’ve applied all your products as this minimizes the contact. We also recommend not wearing your jewellery while doing manual tasks such as gardening or going to the gym as this can damage the items; store your pieces away safely when not being worn.
Jewellery that has tarnished can easily be cleaned with a jewellery polishing cloth or warm soapy water with a soft toothbrush. Always keep your jewellery dry, especially after cleaning as this prevents it tarnishing quicker. Gold plated jewellery has some maintenance on each piece as plating will wear off after time, this can be from friction or even from beauty products. If you’d like professional cleaning or to have a piece plated, we would be happy to assist you with this at our studio, but please note we do not plate costume jewellery or pieces made by other jewellers.
Shipping and Delivery:
Due to nature of our business all our ready-to-wear products are hand made to order and the general manufacturing lead time is 1 to 2 weeks (10 working days) before shipping; however we endeavour to ship earlier on all orders.
Our store does offer self-collection by appointment; please note our studio is located in the quiet Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Our standard shipping option is door to door courier within South Africa*, which has a delivery time of 2 to 4 working days to main centres. Overnight delivery* (excluding manufacturing time) is possible should you require an expedited option. Rural or outlying areas might have a longer delivery time depending on distance from main centres. Please contact us directly if you'd like a different shipping method as we will be able to give you a rate tailored to your needs.
International shipping* is subject to applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your designation country. We cannot be held responsible for those charges and cannot advise on what those charges may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for this information. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to a countries customs clearance process.

Returns and Refunds:
In the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery is broken or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the piece and we will gladly replace or repair it for you. Items will have to be returned to us, unworn and in the original packaging. A customer who returns jewellery damaged due to neglect or general wear and tear will be charged for the repair.
Due to each piece being made to order we do not offer refunds but will replace an item or offer credit depending on the specific order. Courier fees are not refundable and return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
