All our products are hand-crafted in small batches and the product you receive may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, and decorations. The ingredients specified in our products will be the same as per the description of the product. We use only natural ingredients without any preservatives. We use only essential oils to fragrance our products. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are worried about any of the ingredients in terms of allergens.
There is a minimum order delivery fee on our products. We waive this fee if your order is over R349 (excluding wholesale orders). Once payment is received, orders will be finalised and shipped within 3-5 days. We reserve the right to cancel an order should stock be insufficient or if the quality of the goods ordered does not meet our standards. In this case, you will be informed and will receive a full refund should you wish not to continue with the order.
Shipping methods available: Aramex and Pargo
Aramex offers door to door courier service within South Africa with a delivery time of 2-5 working days Outlying areas can expect longer delivery times. Pargo offers a collection point delivery service with collection points throughout South Africa. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number. Your parcel will come with a tracking number which we will send to you as soon as the package is on its way. Each item is individually checked before being dispatched.
Contents of parcels are individually checked and well packaged. However, there is no control over the parcel once it leaves our premises. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, breakages, or theft that may occur. If you should receive a damaged product, please let us know so that we can improve our packaging for your next order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns, but we will replace or refund items if you feel unhappy with your purchase.
If a wrong item is received, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will arrange to collect the wrong delivery and deliver the correct one at our own cost. Once an order has been couriered or collected, we cannot refund any item if you have changed your mind.
