Returns:
Our customer has ten(10) working days to return an item from the date they recieved it.
The item must be in the same original package that the customer recieved.
The item must be in the same condition as you first recieved it and must be unused before you can return it.
The customer must have the items' reciept or proof of payment.
Refunds:
Upon recieval of the item, we inspect its condition and notify the customer on the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved the customer will recieve the funds to the original form of payment within a few days - this will depend on the customers' bank and their policies!
Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable - The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
we will deduct the cost of return shipping when shipping to the customer in the case that the refund has been approved.
