We are passionate about crafting. We believe that when you treat yourself to supplies to make something for yourself or as a gift, that you should have access to outstanding quality products. Treat yourself and your loved ones – you deserve it!

Whether you knit, crochet, sew or bake we understand the importance of having some relaxing craft that you can do to fill up your mental cup and that feeling of creating something beautiful with your own hands is priceless.

As crafters we also believe that you should have good sustenance for the process and also have you covered with our delicious range of cookies, rusks, other treats, juices and coffee.

Here at Die Boervrou we now have beautiful crafting project kits and delicious treats for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

We ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

We use The Courier Guy for all shipping.

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide on your order is correct. I ship to the address on your order. If you provide an incorrect address and it gets returned to me you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to ship the order again. 

Lost/Damaged Items

If you feel that your item has been lost please contact the courier regarding this. I can only see the same information on tracking as you can. And while I can contact the courier company I have no control over the order once it leaves my hands. Die Boervrou is not responsible for refunding or replacing items that are lost/damaged during shipping. 

Combining Multiple Orders

We can not guarantee that if you have placed multiple orders that they will be combined. This is due to the amount of orders that are coming in and going out of the shop daily.

All returns will be issued store credit to Die Boervrou store

If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us at [ email hidden ] You must contact me within 7 days of the date your order is received. You are responsible for shipping expenses on returns/exchanges (unless there was an error on my part with the order). Returns will only be processed and shop credit issued when I have received the items back and if they are in the same condition that they left our shop in. Exchanges will only be processed when I have received the items, verified that it is in the same condition that I shipped it in and you have paid for the shipping for the new item being sent.
