We've been there! You're getting ready for the day and you've visualised your outfit and every detail and you put it on...and you're flooded with insecurities! The bust is too tight, the waist is too tight, the hips are loose, the underarm area fits strange and the list goes on and on and on!
We're here for you and our hope is that you never face those issues again.

We sell on our online store as well as from our flagship store in Parkhurst. What if you can't shop online because you're worried about the fit? We hear you! Almost all of our orders are made as they come in, so you can send us your measurements and we tailor our patterns just for you. Alternatively, pop in and shop with us.
We're never ever going to allow you to wear a piece of clothing that doesn't make you feel good ever again.
Every piece of clothing we own carries a story. And we never really stop to think about the process and where our clothing comes from.
It's my vision to make this process more transparent. Since I was a little girl, there have been three things that I love: creating, emotions and books. So after much trial and error and issues and life and all that fun stuff. I set out to create a brand that created, makes people happy and evokes emotion and tells a story.
Each garment starts with the design process that never follows the same course, we draw inspiration from fabrics, the outside or doodles and sketches in our studio. From there the pattern making, drapery and cutting begin and the garment lands in the hands of our trusty tailors.
Once the design is finalized and the quality approved we produce a small number of garments in our studio. Usually, as few as 10 per style and colour to ensure authenticity and exclusivity.
Creating a sensory experience for our shoppers with our flagship store. As a mainly digital brand, nothing can compare to selling our products in-store and having people actually touch and feel local, there really is nothing like the special moments of connection with our customers. By including a selection of our favourite local brands, we aim to grow the industry and awareness of handmade, quality pieces and the slow fashion movement.

We ship countrywide (South Africa) supported by The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers and offer collection at our store in Parkhurst, Johannesburg.
At checkout, shipping options are displayed:
- Free shipping 5-10 working days shipping when spending over R1000- Countrywide
- R90 shipping countrywide for orders below R1000
- Pick up in Parkhurst Johannesburg
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, but you can still exchange for 20 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom made items and Fashion Week items are exempt from being refunded. Due to fabrics, time and the fine work that goes into these items we regret no refunds and returns. If we created a garment according to measurements, used alternate fabrics or trims, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty merchandise will be refunded or exchanged if garments have not been worn or handled, only once faulty merchandise is returned will one be eligible for a refund. Please note colours and lengths may vary slightly due to photography as well as models.
Sale items and promotional discount bought items are exempted from being returned for a refund but can be exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can send us an email requesting a return. please do not ship your products back to us until you have received a confirmation email from us regarding the refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but can be returned for a credit note to be used on the online for other items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or for incorrect sizing. Do not send your item until you have received a confirmation email from us.
Custom made and Fashion Week items (if applicable)
These items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Alternatively, we can arrange to ship for you - email us at [ email hidden ] - all details and we will charge you accordingly for shipping.
International shipping is handled by DHL Couriers and the South African Postal Service.
A flat rate is applied at checkout, the rate varies between Countries and Continents. For South African Postal Service the rate is R300 and for DHL the rates vary between R450 and R1000
Delivery time varies between countries but will take between 7-10 working days for most countries when using DHL and between 1-4 weeks when using the post office.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
