About the designer
At Croshka Designs, I pride myself with outstanding quality of all of my products! Most products are made with only the softest natural 100% Cotton or Merino Wool. Some products are made with Acrylic and Wool blend, which is just as soft on baby’s skin. Mohair and Wool are also featuring in my wraps, as well as baby bonnets. Each stitch is made with lots of love and care to provide you with a product that will amaze you and look beautiful on your precious bundle of joy!
All goodies are made to order, unless stated Ready to Ship, and no project is too big. Whether you saw something beautiful on my page or would like to commission me for something else, please contact me with your preferences on:

Please note that there is a possibility the colors of products will not show exactly the same on every screen, due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, etc. Even though I try my best to show the colors as they are, it is not always possible to match it exactly. Your finished product's color might look a little bit different from what it looks like on my page!!
All of my products, unless specified, are custom made to order and it takes on average 5-10 days to complete a project before it is posted to you. If you are on a time limit, contact me first to find out how long the product will take to make.
All items are shipped to an address that you provided upon check-out on Hellopretty! I will not be held responsible for any mistakes that you might make with the address! It is the customer's responsibility to find the package, if it has been sent to a wrongly specified to me address!
I try my best to represent my products with beautiful pictures and descriptions. Lighting, computer monitors, and yarn dye lots can have an effect on colour tones. All pictures are taken with natural light to represent the colour most accurately, the final color of your product may look slightly different.
I do not accept returns, as all my products are handmade on order! I can however exchange a product that has not been worn or damaged. Arrangements to exchange an item must be made within one week (7 days) of the customer receiving their order, same time limit applies to any other queries! No exchanges will be allowed for damaged by you products and after a week of you receiving your product.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and refunds will not include shipping.
If item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect (I made a mistake) please contact me so we can resolve the situation.
Please note that some buttons may vary on my products, this depends on the stock availability of my suppliers. All buttons will be equally cute, though!
SOUTH AFRICA SHIPPING. Parcels are sent via Couriers within South Africa, and take between 2-3 days to arrive after sending within South Africa. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the parcel is sent. Any queries about a shipped product can be made up to seven days after the order's shipping date.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. All international parcels are sent via Postnet, and may take up to 40 days to arrive in your country, depending on your location. No tracking is provided with this option! If you need a tracking number, please contact me for a courier quote.
