We will give a full refund if the delivered product is damaged upon arrival or if the charms do not fit your bracelet. Please send an email with a photo of your product within 48 hours upon receiving your package.
Should your bracelet not be your required size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size provided we have stock. If stock is unavailable, new stock will be ordered or exchanged for similar product. Non-defective returned products should be unused and in original condition as we do not sell second hand products.
