cedartreehouse smudge sticks are made of a combination of mphepho (African sage), other wild sages, cedar, rosemary, lavendar, and bay leaves. We also have smduges made entirely of mphepho, cedar and wild sage.
Smudge sticks are used for cleansing and purifying spaces and can be burnt using a candle flame, creating a kind of incense, or the smudges can be placed in significant spaces to do their work without burning.
See the cedartreehouse spiritpacks for smudges in combination with other cedartreehouse offerings.
