Postage is done via the South African Post Office or in some cases via Postnet. Orders are sent as an ordinary parcel, which means that the parcel is sent to your post office. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number via email. Parcels can be tracked via [ link hidden ] or by calling the post office call center [ link hidden ]. You can collect your parcel with the tracking number and your ID book. But call or check the website to make sure your parcel has been delivered to your post office.

Please allow a 2-3 day order processing time. Delivery takes between 5-7 working days.
Order collection times are from 6.30pm during weekdays. Collection times vary over weekends. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Collection dates will have to be arranged once you've received your confirmation email.
We do everything possible to ensure that each product is in perfect condition when it's packaged and sent to you. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-to-case basis.
