Shipping:
Due to the unique essence of our items, the dispatching of our orders will take between 4 - 7 days (after receiving the order).
For South-African orders: Please specify your preferred postage method.
For International orders: Items should arrive within 21 business days, but the delivery can take between 4 - 5 weeks. We track all parcels and we will contact you before the item arrives at your local Post Office. We will email the tracking number to you once the item is dispatched. Please note: The purchaser is ressponsible for any taxes or duty fees on collection.
Items will be shipped to the address provided at payment. If you'd like it shipped elsewhere please specify the alternative address within 2 days of placing the order.
Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us directly and we will either replace the item or refund you if the item is returned in the same condition as it was posted - within 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for the postage cost on returning the item.
